Who processes your data
The Career Services Office, part of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Zahleh, Baalbek and Dependencies. The platform is hosted in France and is therefore subject to the GDPR.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address if you have one, district of residence, professional background and skills, languages, and your CV if you attach one. We never collect your religion, family situation or health, and we do not ask for a photograph.
Why we collect it
To put your profile forward to organisations looking for skills such as yours. That is the only use. Your data is never sold, nor shared with any advertiser or commercial party.
Who can see it
Only the Office's staff. No company can browse the candidate database. When we put you forward, the organisation receives a profile with no name, no phone number, no email address and no CV, only a reference code. Your identity is revealed solely by an explicit decision of an officer, and that action is logged.
Where your CV is kept
In private storage that is never published. It cannot be reached by a direct link: every download goes through an authorisation check and is logged.
For how long
24 months from your last activity. We notify you before archiving.
Your rights
At any time you may edit your profile, download a copy of your data, or permanently delete your account together with your CV. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
